Order your books using any major credit card or PayPalTM, through our Secure Online Payment Center. First click on Add To Cart next to the book(s) you want to order, select quantity, then View Cart, and finally Secure Checkout from the View Cart page.
If you wish your book autographed by the author, please include any personalization information in the Message To Seller box on the order form. Shipping and Handling is computed after selecting View Cart and then Proceed to checkout from the next page. If you prefer to postal mail your payment directly to Mr. Gammill, print or copy the details from the Secure Checkout page, mail that along with your payment, shipping address & any personalization information, and Cancel your Online Order.
